JE to AE, M/s Gammon (I) Ltd, Mumbai at HO In Planning & Management Section(PMS). Was involved in planning and designing of construction systems for Bridges, Intakewells, Silos, Chimnies, Dams, High Rise Buildings etc. These include design of Launching Truss, Gantries, Cantilever Construction Systems for bridges, jump/slip forms for Silos, Chimnies, Stability Calculations for floating of caissons etc.
Provided construction management consultancy for Fortune – 2000, multistory building in Bandra-Kurla Complex From 1994 to 96.
Design Engineer with M/s Consulting Engineering Services (I) Ltd, Navi Mumbai. Was involved in analysis and design of Platform Area and Commercial Complex for Airoli Railway Station, Multistory building of Punjab National Bank at Bandra-Kurla Complex. Provided proof consultancy for flyovers in Navi Mumbai and Precast Mass Housing project at Sanpada. From 1996 – 97.
Partner of M/s Structural Consultants, Nagpur and is actively involved in Design of Public Health Engineering Structures, Industrial Buildings & Housing complexes. From 1997 onwards Well Versed with Computer Languages viz Fortran, Basic, C & Packages like SAP, Autocad etc.

"Computer Aided Design of Intze Type RCC"
Elevated Service Reservoir.” Under guidance of Dr S S Kulkarni for award of BE degree. 1991. Program in Fortran was developed for analysis and design of optimal Intze Type RCC Elevated Service Reservoir for any capacity between 30 to 300 m^
3 and shaft type staging upto 30m.
“FEA of stiffened shell.” Under guidance of Dr D N Buragohain for award of M Tech degree. 1994.A new stiffened shell element was developed and validated. Stiffener of any shape, not necessarily orthogonal to shell surface, having orientation anywhere in shell element without adding any additional DOF over shell element compatible with isoperimetric shell element and composite shell element was developed
